自动扶梯梳齿板啮合深度测量系统研发

摘要 近年来自动扶梯夹人事故频发,为改善乘梯安全,提升自动扶梯检测效率及精度,本文以梳齿板梳齿与踏板面齿槽为研究对象,根据国家规范研发了一种新型的测量系统,实现了快速准确获取齿槽深度、梳齿啮合深度及梳齿与齿槽间距的目的,解决了现有测量方法主观随意性强的问题,为进一步规范自动扶梯运行检验工作提供了技新的技术路径。 In recent years,there have been frequent accidents involving escalators.In order to improve the safety of the elevator and improve the detection efficiency and accuracy of the escalator,this paper takes the comb teeth of the comb plate and the tooth groove of the pedal surface as the research object,and develops a new type of measurement system according to the national regulations,which achieves the purpose of quickly and accurately acquiring the cogging depth,the combing depth of the comb teeth,and the spacing between the comb teeth and the cogging grooves,and solves the problem of strong subjective randomness of the existing measurement methods,and provides a new technical path for further standardizing the escalator operation inspection.
