紫背天葵光合日变化规律及影响因子分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用LI-6400XT开放式光合作用测定系统对特种蔬菜紫背天葵进行光合日变化研究。结果表明:紫背天葵的净光合速率日变化呈双峰曲线,上午时段表现出的光合作用能力较强,9:00出现最高峰,峰值为8.67μmol·m-2·s-1,次峰则出现在17:00,植株存在"光合午休"的现象,主要与非气孔限制因素有关。简单相关性分析表明,紫背天葵光合生理因子间、生理与生态因子间的影响关系呈多元化,净光合速率与气孔导度、水分利用率、大气CO2浓度、空气相对湿度呈极显著正相关,与胞间CO2浓度、气温、水气压亏缺呈极显著负相关,与光照强度呈显著正相关。逐步多元线性回归分析进一步确定了气孔导度、空气相对湿度、胞间CO2浓度是影响紫背天葵光合作用的重要生理生态因子。 Photosynthesis is the basis of plant growth and development.It’s an important factor affecting the formation of crop yield and quality.The diurnal variation about photosynthesis of the special vegetable Gynura bicolor DC was studied by using LI-6400XT open photosynthesis measurement system.The results showed that the curve of diurnal change in the net photosynthetic rate for Gynura bicolor DC has a double-peak.The photosynthetic capacity was stronger in the morning,with the highest peak at 9 o'clock,which was 8.67μmol·m-2·s-1.The second peak came at 17 o'clock.There was a phenomenon of"photosynthetic siesta"in plants,which was mainly related to non-stomatal limiting factors.The simple correlation analysis showed that the influence relationships between physiological and ecological factors,the photosynthetic physiological factor were diverse in Gynura bicolor DC.There were very significant positive relationship between the net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,water use efficiency,atmospheric CO2 concentration and air humidity.There were very significant negative correlation between the net photosynthetic rate,intercellular CO2 concentration,temperature,the vapor pressure deficit.There was significant positive relation to the intensity of illumination.Stepwise multiple linear regression analysis further determined that stomatal conductance,air relative humidity and intercellular CO2 concentration were the important physiological and ecological factors that affected photosynthesis.
