摘要
本文研究了杉木凋落物对魔芋生长及品质的影响,为杉木林下魔芋的高效栽培提供理论依据。本研究对盆栽魔芋施加0、25、50、100、200 g·L^(-1)等不同浓度的杉木凋落物浸提液,测定其叶柄长度、叶柄直径、叶盘直径等形态性状、叶、根及块茎鲜(干)质量、块茎葡甘聚糖含量以及叶片酶活性和光合特性等指标并进行分析。结果表明:(1)对魔芋地上生长部分而言,当浸提液浓度高于25 g·L^(-1)时,各项指标值随浓度升高而减小;对魔芋地下部分而言,当浓度高于50 g·L^(-1)时,各项指标值随浸提液浓度升高而减小。(2)魔芋块茎葡甘聚糖含量在浸提液浓度低于50 g·L^(-1)时随浓度升高而增大,浓度高于50 g·L^(-1)时随浓度升高而减小。(3)随着浸提液浓度越高POD酶活性越高,但其达到峰值后减小的时间越早,SOD酶活性下降越早,MDA含量积累越快。(4)当浓度不超过100 g·L^(-1)时,魔芋在低光强下的光照需求增强,对弱光和二氧化碳的利用能力增强,对二氧化碳的需求降低;当浓度超过25g·L^(-1)时,魔芋的水分利用效率会降低。因此,杉木凋落物浸提液对魔芋生长及生理生化方面影响显著,表现为低浓度促进、高浓度抑制,且随着浓度升高抑制效果越明显。
We studied the effect of Cunninghamia lanceolata litter on the growth and quality of Amorphophallus konjac to provide a theoretical basis for efficient cultivation of Amorphophallus konjac under Cunninghamia lanceolata forest.After applying different concentrations of Chinese fir litter extracts including 0,25,50,100 and 200 g·L^(-1) solution to potted Amorphophallus konjac,the morphological characteristics such as petiole length,petiole diameter,and leaf disc diameter,the fresh(dry)weight of leaves,roots,and tubers,the content of glucomannan in tubers,the enzyme activity and photosynthetic characteristics of leaves were analyzed.The results showed as follows:(1)For the aboveground growth part of Amorphophallus konjac,all indicators decreased with increasing concentration when it was higher than 25 g·L^(-1).For the underground part of Amorphophallus konjac,all indicators decreased with the increase of extraction solution concentration when it was higher than 50 g·L^(-1).(2)The content of glucomannan in Amorphophallus konjac tubers increased with the increase of the concentration of the extraction solution when it was below 50 g·L^(-1),and decreased with increase of the concentration when it was above 50 g·L^(-1).(3)The higher the concentration of the extraction solution,the higher the POD enzyme activity.But the faster it began to decrease after the peak,the faster the SOD enzyme activity decreased and the MDA content accumulated.(4)When the concentration was lower than 100 g·L^(-1),the low light intensity demand of Amorphophallus konjac and the utilization ability of weak light and carbon dioxide increased and the demand for carbon dioxide was reduced.When the concentration was larger than 25 g·L^(-1),the water use efficiency was reduced.Therefore,the extract of Cunninghamia lanceolata litter had a significant impact on the growth and physio-biochemical characteristics of Amorphophallus konjac,which was shown as the high concentration inhibition with low concentration promotion,and the inhibitory effect m
