摘要
耳内科是一门新兴学科,耳内科专病病房是近年来学科发展的产物,在我国得到了快速发展。我院耳内科病房作为国内耳内科病房的标杆单位,经过十余年的建设,积累了宝贵的病房管理经验。围绕患者评估与风险管理、症状管理、患者咨询与教育、结构化电子病历、临床路径管理等方面,将我们病房规范化临床实践的做法结合当前国际耳内科情况进行介绍,旨在对于国内耳内科专科病房的规范化管理提供借鉴和参考。
Audio-vestibular medicine is a new subspecialty and the product of growth in otolaryngology in recent years,and has grown rapidly in China.The audio-vestibular medicine unit in the PLA General Hospital represents the standard of domestic audio-vestibular medicine and has accumulated valuable ward management experiences over more than ten years of practice.This paper summarizes the practice of standardized management of our unit in the context of current trend in international audio-vestibular medicine development,aiming to provide a reference for standardized practice in specialized otology wards.
