摘要
目的探讨Voxel-man ENT手术模拟系统对学习者在侧颅底教学中的培训效果。方法研究对象来自本科室的住院医师及进修医师,合计30人。研究对象接受Voxel-man ENT手术系统下的侧颅底解剖及手术技能训练,隔天训练1小时,共8周。比较训练前后得分,采用SPSS 26.0和Graphpad Prism 9进行配对t检验。结果培训对象经过8周培训后,其解剖技能、手术操作评分均较训练前有明显提高(P<0.05)。结论Voxel-man ENT手术模拟系统的可视化效果较好,对学习者,在提高侧颅底培训教学效果、缩短初始学习曲线方面具有一定价值,值得在侧颅底教学培训中推广应用,有助于提高教学质量。
Objectiv To report authors’experience with the Voxel-man ENT surgery simulation system in lateral skull base surgery training.Methods Thirty residents and fellows received anatomical and microsurgery training of lateral skull base approaches using the virtual reality surgery simulation system for 1 hour daily for 8 weeks.Test scores before and after training were compared by paired t-test using the SPSS 26.0 and Graphpad Prism 9 software.Results After 8 weeks of training,test scores on related anatomy and surgical procedures significantly improved as compared with before training(P<0.05).Conclusion The Voxel-man ENT virtual reality surgery simulation system can help improve training outcomes in trainees of various baseline surgical skill levels in their lateral skull base surgery knowledge and skills with shortened initial learning curve.Its broad adoption in clinical train may be worth consideration.
