摘要
目的:深入探讨在尿液潜血检验中采用尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数的应用价值。方法:从2017年1月~2019年1月到本院进行尿液潜血检验的患者中随机选择80例患者作为本次的研究对象,在其他条件相同的情况下,为80例进行尿液潜血检验患者实施两种检验方法,将尿液分析仪检测结果作为检验A组,将显微镜红细胞计数的检验结果作为检验B组,比较两组检验方法的结果阳性率、灵敏度、特异性。结果:尿液分析仪的检验结果阳性率为38.8%、灵敏度为87.1%、特异性为82.4%;显微镜红细胞计数的检验结果阳性率42.5%、灵敏度为79.4%、特异性为83.6%,两种尿液潜血检验方法的结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:如果将这两种检验方法结合起来使用能够在很大程度上提高尿液潜血检验的结果准确率。
Objective:To explore the application value of using urine analyzer and microscope red blood cell count in urine occult blood test.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,80 patients were randomly selected as the subjects of this study from urine occult blood tests performed in our hospital.Under the same conditions,urine was performed for these 80 patients.Occult blood test patients implemented two test methods.The test results of the urine analyzer were used as test group A,and the test results of the red blood cell count of the microscope were used as test group B.The positive rate,sensitivity,and specificity of the two test methods were compared.Results:The positive rate of the urine analyzer test result was 38.8%,the sensitivity was 87.1%,and the specificity was 82.4%;the microscope red blood cell test result was 42.5%positive,the sensitivity was 79.4%,and the specificity was 83.6%.The difference in the results of the urine occult blood test method was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:If the two methods are used in combination,the accuracy of urinary occult blood test can be greatly improved,which is a worthy application.
