摘要
目的:比较尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数检验尿液潜血的价值。方法:收集2018年6月~2018年12月140份尿液标本,采用尿液分析仪与显微镜红细胞计数进行检验。结果:尿液分析仪检测出阳性尿液41份,阳性率为29.3%;显微镜红细胞计数检测出阳性尿液37份,阳性率为26.4%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以显微镜检红细胞计数为标准,尿液分析仪的灵敏度为66.4%,特异度为87.1%,阳性预测值为58.3%,阴性预测值为87.9%,假阳性率为12.9%,假阴性率为33.6%。以尿液分析仪为标准,显微镜红细胞计数的灵敏度为60.7%,特异度为84.2%,阳性预测值为64.7%,阴性预测值为75.3%,假阳性率为15.8%,假阴性率为39.3%。结论:尿液分析仪检验尿液潜血一定程度上较显微镜红细胞计数有优势,但不能完全取代显微镜红细胞计数,应将二者的检验结果进行综合分析。
Objective:To compare the value of urine analyzer and microscope red blood cell count to test urine occult blood.Methods:Collect 140 urine specimens from June 2018 to December 2018,and examine them with a urine analyzer and microscope red blood cell count.Results:Urine analyzer detected 41 positive urines,the positive rate was 29.3%;microscope red blood cell count detected 37 positive urines,the positive rate was 26.4%,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Taking the red blood cell count as a standard for microscopic examination,the sensitivity of the urine analyzer is 66.4%,the specificity is 87.1%,the positive predictive value is 58.3%,the negative predictive value is 87.9%,the false positive rate is 12.9%,and the false negative rate is 33.6%.Taking the urine analyzer as the standard,the sensitivity of the microscope red blood cell count is 60.7%,the specificity is 84.2%,the positive predictive value is 64.7%,the negative predictive value is 75.3%,the false positive rate is 15.8%,and the false negative rate is 39.3%.Conclusion:The urine analyzer has a certain advantage in detecting urine occult blood compared with the microscope red blood cell count,but it cannot completely replace the microscope red blood cell count.The results of the two tests should be comprehensively analyzed.
