Study on The correlation between urine routine and urine sediment in urine test

摘要 目的:探讨尿液检验中尿常规和尿沉渣的相关性.方法:选取2017.3~2018.1期间于本院进行尿液检验的252例患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院顺序结合随机数字表法将全部入选者分为研究组、 对照组,均为126例.对照组患者进行尿常规检验,研究组患者采用尿沉渣联合尿常规检验法,将两组尿液检验结果进行对比,对两组检验结果的相关性进行分析.结果:研究组红细胞阳性率、 白细胞阳性率及尿蛋白阳性率分别为42.06%、39.68%、16.67%,对照组红细胞阳性率、 白细胞阳性率及尿蛋白阳性率分别为38.10%、36.51%、13.49%,研究组红细胞、 白细胞、 尿蛋白阳性率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.326、P=0.568,χ2=0.213、P=0.644,χ2=0.395、P=0.530);尿常规与尿常规+尿沉渣法检验中红细胞、 白细胞、 尿蛋白r值分别为0.534、0.657、0.726,均呈正相关性,P〈0.05.结论:尿常规法、 尿沉渣法各有利弊,在临床实际工作中,将上述两种检验手段联合应用于尿液检验工作中,可进一步提高尿液检验的准确性和可靠性,为临床诊断、 治疗疾病提供有价值参考. Objective: To explore the correlation between urine routine testing results and urine sediment testing results in urine test. Methods: 252 cases of urine test in our hospital from March 2017 to January 2018 were selected as research subjects, according to patients" admission order combined with random digital table. All candidates were divided into study group and control group, 126 cases in each group. The control group patients were performed with routine urine testsand the study group were performed with urine sediment combined with routine urine test: Correlation analysis were performed between these two groups. Results: The positive rate of white blood cells, red blood cells and urine protein positive rate for study group were 42.06%, 39.68% and 16.67%, compared with 38.10%, 36.51% and13.49% for control group. The positive rate oferythrocyte,leukocyte and urine protein in the study group was slightly higher than those of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant( χ2=0.326, P=-0.568,χ 2=0.213, P=0.644, χ2=0.395, P=0.530). The r values of red blood cells, white blood cells and urine protein were 0.534, 0.657 and 0.726 respectively in the urine routine and urine routine + urine sediment method, which were all positive correlation, P〈0.05. Conclusion: Urine routine testing methods and urine sediment testing methods both have advantages and disadvantages. In clinical practice, the combined application of these two test methods to urine test can further improve the accuracy and reliability of urine test, and provide valuable reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
