摘要
目的调查了解安阳市城市社区老年高血压患者健康教育需求。方法以安阳市文峰区老年高血压患者为样本,自制问卷进行现场调查。结果老年高血压患者对高血压相关知识掌握情况一般,高血压疾病自理能力较好,对健康教育需求较高。结论针对老年人特点进行多途径多方式的健康教育,对于控制高血压病情发展、预防并发症发生有着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the health education needs of elderly hypertensive patients in urban communities in Anyang.Methods Taking elderly patients with hypertension in Wenfeng District of Anyang as a sample,a self-made questionnaire was used for field investigation.Results Elderly hypertensive patients have a general knowledge of hypertension,have good self-care ability for hypertension,and have a high demand for health education.Conclusion Multi-channel and multi-mode health education based on the characteristics of the elderly has an important role in controlling the development of hypertension and preventing complications.
