摘要
目的探讨健康教育在慢性盆腔炎护理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年12月平邑县保太镇卫生院治疗的80例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用健康教育。比较两组自我护理能力评分、依从性和生活满意度。结果观察组各项自我护理能力评分、依从性、满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育可提高慢性盆腔炎患者的自我护理能力和依从性,提高其生活满意度,值得应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of health education in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Pingyi County Baotai Town Health Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received health education on the basis of the control group.The self-care ability score,compliance and life satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The self-care ability score,the compliance and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education can improve the self-care ability and the compliance of the patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,and improve their life satisfaction,which is worth applying.
