绩效考核法在神经外科护理管理中的应用与效果观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究神经外科护理人员实施绩效考核法的应用效果。方法选择12名在职的神经外科护理人员,2017年1月-2018年12月作为该研究的时间范围,其中2017年1-12月行常规神经外科护理管理为参照组,2018年1-12月行绩效考核法护理管理为实验组,对比两组护理工作质量分值。结果较之于参照组,实验组分值较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经外科实施给予绩效考核法的护理管理模式,可有效增强护理人员工作质量水平,其应用效果确切。 Objective To study the application effect of performance appraisal method for neurosurgical nurses.Methods Twelve in-service neurosurgical nursing staff were selected,and the time range of this study was from January 2017 to December 2018.Among them,the routine neurosurgical nursing management was performed from January 2017 to December 2017 as the reference group.The performance management method nursing management was performed as an experimental group from January to December 2018,and the nursing work quality score was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the experimental component values were higher,showing significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the nursing management model of performance evaluation method in neurosurgery can effectively enhance the quality of nursing staff's work,and its application effect is accurate.
