摘要
推进职业教育国家学分银行建设是我国现代职业教育体系的目标之一。学分银行建立困难重重,究其原因在于其建立需要重塑教学理念、重构教学体系、重整教学资源和转换教学模式。随着智能化时代的到来,“1+X证书”制度将学历证书和职业技能等级证书相互融合,从而推进人才培养模式和评价体系的改革。“1+X证书”制度的有效实施对建立学分银行面临的学分折算、积累、汇兑以及互认等问题激发新的解决思路。
One of the objectives of our modern vocational education system is to promote the construction of national credit bank.There are many difficulties during establishing,such as to reshape the teaching philosophy,reconstruct the teaching system,reform the teaching resources and transform the teaching mode.With the arrival of the intelligent era,the“1+X certificate system”integrates the academic certificate and the vocational skill grade certificate,thus promoting the reform of the talent training model and the evaluation system.The effective implementation of the“1+X certificate system”helps to construct the national credit bank.
