摘要
总结整建制接管新型冠状病毒肺炎重症监护病房的医疗同质化的管理经验。台州市援鄂医疗队整建制接管荆门市第一人民医院新型冠状病毒肺炎重症监护病房,从医疗制度、医生管理、救治方案及数据应用等方面进行管理,短时间内达到医疗同质化管理,从而快速有效的开展医疗工作,保证医疗质量,提高新型冠状病毒肺炎重症患者的救治效果。
Experience of medical homogeneity management of taking over COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit is summarized. COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit is taken over by a temporary medical team. Medical homogeneity management is achieved in short time by medical system,doctor management,treatment plan and data application to achieve medical homogeneity management,to quickly and effectively develop medical work,to ensure the quality of medical care,and to improve the treatment effect of severe patients.
