摘要 通过成立多学科协作诊疗中心,搭建信息化平台,组建基于病种的多学科协作诊疗团队,优化会议组织、管理、决策流程,实现了一站式全程服务,提升了疑难复杂患者临床诊疗决策质量,缩短了患者获得个性化精准治疗时间,提高了实施效率、患者服务体验和自主选择满意度,推进了医院内涵建设质量。 By setting up MDT center,the information platform is built up,disease-based MDT team is formed,and the process of organization,management and decision-making is organized,one-station MDT model is realized to improve the quality of clinical decision making,to shorten the waiting time of personalized precision medicine,to raise service efficiency,patient service experience and independent choice satisfaction,to enhance implementation efficiency,patients'service experience and self-selection satisfaction,and to promote hospital's quality of connotation construction.
