摘要
目的探讨改良阴式骶棘韧带固定术对中年女性盆腔脱垂(POP)患者的疗效观察及安全性。方法选取2018年7月-2019年7月在我院收治的POP患者120例为该次受试对象,根据随机抽样法将其随机分成两组,各60例,对照组采用常规阴式骶棘韧带固定术治疗,研究组采用改良阴式骶棘韧带固定术治疗。比较两组患者的疗效以及各项临床指标。结果研究组的治疗效果比对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组的住院时间、尿管引流时间、手术时间以及失血量等指标均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组发生2例排尿困难,1例尿潴留、尿失禁,对照组发生5例排尿困难,8例尿潴留、尿失禁,11例性困难、性交痛,两组均未发生复发脱垂,两组并发症总发生率比较(P<0.05)。结论采用改良阴式骶棘韧带固定术对子宫脱垂患者实施治疗,不仅能够有效改善各项临床指标,而且还具有安全可靠、简单等优势,临床上值得进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of improved sacrospinous ligament fixation on middle-aged women with pelvic prolapse(POP).Methods 120 POP patients admitted to our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected as the subjects.According to the random sampling method,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional pubic sacrospinous ligament fixation,and the study group was treated with modified pubic sacrospinous ligament fixation.The efficacy and clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,catheter drainage time,operation time and blood loss in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,there were 2 cases of dysuria,1 case of urinary retention and incontinence;in the control group,there were 5 cases of dysuria,8 cases of urinary retention and incontinence,and 11 cases of dysuria and pain during sexual intercourse;no recurrent prolapse occurred in the two groups,and the total incidence of complications between the two groups was compared(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvedsacrospinous ligament fixation for uterine prolapse can not only effectively improve the clinical indicators,but also has the advantages of safety,reliability and simplicity.
