摘要
目的分析阴道顶端骶韧带悬吊治疗子宫脱垂96例临床疗效。方法选取本院妇科2016年2月~2018年2月收治的96例子宫脱垂患者作为研究对象,所有患者均行阴道顶端骶韧带悬吊治疗,分析患者的临床疗效。结果患者均顺利完成手术,术后阴道宽度可容纳2~3指,阴道长度为(8.3±2.5)cm;术中未出现输尿管和肠管损伤,都未行输血治疗;术后未出现盆腔感染、局部神经损伤等并发症。结论阴道顶端骶韧带悬吊治疗子宫脱垂的临床疗效显著,无明显并发症,值得推行。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of 96 cases of uterine prolapse treated with the sacral ligament suspension at the top of the vagina. Methods 96 patients with uterine prolapse admitted in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were treated with vaginal top sacroiliac ligament suspension, and the clinical efficacy of the patients was analyzed. Results All the patients successfully completed the operation. The vaginal width could accommodate 2 ~ 3 fingers, the vaginal length was（8.3±2.5）cm, no ureteral and intestinal injury occurred during operation, no blood transfusion was performed, and no pelvic infection or local nerve injury occurred after operation. Conclusion The treatment of prolapse of uterus at the tip of the vagina at the top of the vagina is significant, and there is no obvious complication. It is worth carrying out.
