摘要
社会和教育主管部门在强调教师专业水平、业务能力的同时,也应当提高对教师心理健康的有效关注。本文首先阐述了教师心理健康的重要性,然后分析了教师出现心理健康问题的主要原因,最后探讨了解决教师心理健康问题的有效对策,以期为促进教师的专业化成长提供一些帮助。
While stressing the professional level and professional ability of teachers,the social and educational authorities should also raise effective attention to teachers’ mental health. This article first explains the importance of teachers’ mental health,then analyzes the main reasons for teachers’ mental health problems,and finally discusses effective countermeasures to solve teachers’ mental health problems,with a view to providing some help for teachers’ professional growth.
