摘要
目的高校教师的专业化水平对人才培养的整体质量起着决定性作用。面对新形势新任务,结合时代要求,探寻高校体育教师专业化发展新路径,以期为高校体育教师队伍建设,促进高等教育高质量发展提供有效的建议。方法通过文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,以新时代高等教育改革为切入点,分析当前高校体育教师专业化发展现状及制约其发展的主要因素,从内在自主方面和外部环境方面探寻发展新路径。结果与结论提升高校体育教师专业化发展水平既要通过提高职业道德修养、培养自主发展意识等内在方面提升自己,还需要加强教师队伍建设、重视教师职后教育、制定教师专业标准、关注青年教师成长等外部措施来推进专业化发展水平。
Objective To explore new path for the professional development of PE teachers in colleges and universities.The purpose is to strengthen the construction of college PE teachers,and provide valuable advice and suggestions to promote the development of high-quality higher education.Methods Mainly through literature and expert interviews.Results and Conclusion It should improve ourselves through improving professional ethics and cultivating the consciousness of independent development.It is also necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers'team,attach importance to the post-service education of teachers,formulate professional standards for teachers,pay attention to the growth of young teachers and other external measures to promote the level of professional development.
