摘要
通过分析冷连轧时轧件受弹塑性形变的影响,且考虑相关振动参数和工艺参数,给出了一种具有滞后特性的轧制力表达式。在此基础上,结合轧机的实际结构,建立具有弹塑性滞后形变作用的冷连轧机非线性动力学模型。以某冷连轧机结构参数和工艺参数为例,仿真给出轧制力与位移的滞后曲线,结果表明:应尽量减小滞后回线的面积,可抑制轧机振动。并且研究了非线性阻尼、非线性刚度以及周期性外扰力对系统幅频特性的影响,结果发现,适当的取值可有效减小冷连轧机的振动程度。最后分析了滞后振动系统的分岔行为,发现系统会随外扰力的变化在倍周期和混沌运动之间变换,有可能造成系统发生共振现象。
By analyzing the influence of elastic-plastic deformation on workpiece in the cold rolling process and considering the relevant vibration parameters and process parameters,the rolling force expression with hysteretic characteristics was given,and the nonlinear dynamic model of cold rolling mill with elastic-plastic hysteretic deformation was established by combining the actual structure of rolling mill. For the structure parameters and process parameters of a cold rolling mill,the hysteresis curves of rolling force and displacement were given by simulation. The result shows that the vibration of rolling mill is suppressed by minimizing the area of hysteresis loops,and the influences of nonlinear damping,nonlinear stiffness and periodic disturb forces on the amplitude-frequency characteristics of system were studied to effectively reduce the vibration degree of cold rolling mill by appropriate values of the above parameters. Finally,the bifurcation behavior of hysteretic vibration system was analyzed. And it is found that the system changes between period doubling and chaotic motion with the change of disturb force to cause the resonance phenomenon of system.
