摘要
针对某1720冷连轧机采用小辊径轧制时F2轧机频繁发生振动问题,首先对F2轧机进行了振动测试,捕捉到了振动现象,振动中心频率为141Hz;然后模拟轧钢状态进行了动压靠试验和空载下辊系上升过程试验也发现了这一频率的存在;最后利用有限元软件对不同压上高度下的仿真模型进行了谐响应分析,解释了F2轧机发生振动的机理。通过改变液压压下系统的激励频率,取得了良好的抑振效果。
View of the frequent vibration of F2 rolling mill when a 1720 tandem cold rolling mill adopts small roll diameter rolling,firstly,the vibration test of F2 rolling mill is carried out,and the vibration phenomenon is captured,and the vibration center frequency is 141hz;Then the dynamic pressure test and the roll system rising process test under no-load are carried out to simulate the rolling state,and the existence of this frequency is also found;Finally,the harmonic response of the simulation model under different pressing heights is analyzed by using the finite element software,and the vibration mechanism of F2 rolling mill is explained.By changing the excitation frequency of the hydraulic screwdown system,a good vibration suppression effect is obtained.
