轧件滞后变形下板带轧机非线性振动特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过采用Bonc-Wen模型描述轧件弹塑性变形过程中表现出的滞后特性,建立了板带轧机辊系的滞后非线性垂直振动模型。分析了周期外激励作用下轧件滞后变形特性,得到不同参数激励项系数对轧件变形滞后力及系统运动状态的影响规律。并进一步研究了外激励幅值变化时轧机的分岔特性,发现随着外激励幅值的变化轧机将表现出周期、倍周期等多种不同的振动状态,得到轧机振动行为受外激励幅值影响的变化规律,为进一步控制轧机非线性振动行为提供了理论基础。 The Bonc-Wen hysteretic model is used to describe the hysteretic characteristics of rolling piece in elastic-plastic deformation processing in this paper.The hysteretic nonlinear vertical vibration model of the strip mill rolls system is established.After analyzing the deformation process of rolling piece,it is found that rolling piece deformation hysteretic force and the state of system are affected by different parameters excitation.The bifurcation behavior of the system with incentive amplitude is studied.It is found that the system display different vibration states after changing incentive amplitude.Finally,different vibration conditions of the system are obtained.All of those provide a theoretical base for controlling the nonlinear vibration behavior of the rolling mill.
