北大荒集团和共和国一同成长,是国家农业企业的航母。北大荒农业股份有限公司是由黑龙江北大荒农垦集团总公司发起并设立的股份有限公司,其发展经历了很多事情。有香港H股上市的夭折和国内A股内上市的曲折,分析其通过合并重组、分离,停产等措施,如何应对财务危机走出困境、最终实现了扭亏为盈的经历,对企业求全铺大多种经营具有警示作用,并提出今后发展建议。
Heilongjiang agriculture group grows up with our Country,and is the carrier of the nation’s agribusiness.Heilongjiang Agriculture Company Limited is a initiated shares company established by Heilongjiang Agriculture Group,Its has experienced a lot of things on development.There are the listing abortive H shares in HongKong and the twists turning of domestic A-shares,Through analyzing the measures such as merger,reorganization,separation and shutdown,and dealing with the financial crisis and get out of the predicament,and eventually turning a profit,It has a warning effect on the diversified economy of enterprises,and put forward the development proposal in the future.
