摘要
中小企业是构造市场经济的主体,是推动国民经济发展,促进社会稳定的基础,在确保国民经济适度增长、缓解就业压力、实现国有经济战略调整、优化经济结构等方面发挥着日益重要的作用.但中小企业在发展过程中往往出现资金紧张,融资难的问题,改善内部融资环境是解决中小企业融资难问题的有效对策.
Small and middle enterprises（SME） are main part to promote the development of national economy and structuring market economy and the basis to accelerate the social and performed more and more important function for assuring the moderate increment of national economy, alleviating employment pressure, adjusting the strategies of national economy, optimizing economical structure ,etc. But shortage of funds and financing difficulties often occur during their development. To improve the financing environment inside is effective countermeasures to resolve the problems.
