摘要
当前我国企业风险管理整体状况不容乐观。文章主要从建立全面的内部控制制度、加强企业财务预测和财务风险识别、加强财务风险的过程管理以及财务风险的应急对策和补救措施等方面来探讨企业财务风险管理体系的构建,以加强对企业财务风险的防范。
At present,the overall situation of enterprises risk management in China is not optimistic.This article probes into the construction of financial risk management system in enterprises from establishing a comprehensive internal control system,enhancing enterprises financial forecast and financial risk identification,strengthening process management of financial risk and emergency measures and remedial measures,hoping to guard against financial risks.
