摘要
教师情绪是教育变革中的关键维度,事关教育变革的阻碍或推进。本文结合情绪地理学采用叙事研究三维空间框架对浙江省新高考改革情境下的高中教师情绪进行探究。研究发现高中教师对新高考改革的消极情绪弥漫于教师的工作和生活中,改革场域内各利益相关者相互不理解的状态普遍存在,由此带来的情绪误解会阻碍改革的持续推进。因此,浙江省未来的高考改革必须重视高中教师的"情绪侧面",为教师提供多方面的情绪支持,以实现教师个人叙事与改革叙事的良性互动。
Teachers’emotion is a critical dimension of educational change,which plays a decisive role in impeding or facilitating the change.Using the framework combining three-dimensional narrative inquiry space with emotional geographies,this paper explores high school teachers’emotion in the context of the new college entrance examination reform of Zhejiang province.The results show that the negative emotions of high school teachers towards the reform pervaded their work and lives,and there exists widespread emotional misunderstanding which would hinder the progress of the reform.Therefore,the future college entrance examination reform in Zhejiang province should pay attention to the"emotional side"of high school teachers and provide them with various emotional supports so as to achieve positive interaction between the teachers’personal narrative and the reform narrative.
