摘要 本文概述了JAK-STAT、mTOR和GCN2-eIF2a信号通路的组成,以及其在乳蛋白合成过程中进行的调控作用和机理,对近些年来关于JAK-STAT、mTOR以及GCN2-eIF2a信号通路的相关研究进展进行了综述,为乳蛋白合成信号通路的研究提供了理论基础。 This review makes an introduction on the composition of milk protein synthesis about JAK-STAT,mTOR and GCN2-eIF2a signaling pathways,the regulatory roles and mechanisms of the milk protein synthesis on these signaling pathways.The research progress on JAK-STAT,mTOR and GCN2-eIF2a signaling pathways in recent years was reviewed,providing a theoretical basis for the research on milk protein synthesis signaling pathway.
