mTOR介导抗阻运动骨骼肌蛋白质合成机制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 国内外学者普遍认为,长期反复抗阻运动导致骨骼肌肥大。其根源是蛋白质合成率远大于蛋白质分解以致蛋白质积累,导致肌纤维横截面积增大,骨骼肌质量增加[1]。已有研究显示,骨骼肌质量发生微小变化可能对骨骼肌功能起着决定性作用[2]。以往研究显示,抗阻运动导致骨骼肌IGF-1 mRNA和蛋白表达均增加[3]。骨骼肌外源性补给IGF-1,
