摘要
“食品物流学”是蚌埠医学院食品质量与安全专业设置的基础课程,具有很强的系统性与拓展性的特点.以学生获取知识的方式多样化,接触面更深入、更系统、更全面为目标,结合课程本身的特点进行了一些改革,改变以往的授课方式.经过课程改革,学生学习的自主性、接受知识的能力及综合能力均有较大的提升.
Food Logistics is the basic course of food quality and safety in our school.Aiming at the diversification of students'ways of acquiring knowledge and the deeper,more systematic and more comprehensive contact with them,some reforms were carried out in combination with the characteristics of the course,which changed the previous teaching methods.After curriculum reform,students'learning autonomy,ability to accept knowledge and comprehensive ability have been greatly improved.
