摘要
临床本科是医学启蒙的基础与实践阶段,更是培养高素质创新型与应用型人才的重要教学环节。提升教学水平是新医疗时代的要求,作为培养精干团队的主力军,临床教师应优化本科生教学质量,提升学生对血液科的兴趣。从理论授课与实习轮转两方面,从学生的角度出发,旨在激发学习主动性与自律性,建立学生对血液病学的兴趣与信心,重视入科前培训与医患沟通技巧,使学生能真正投入于临床,并受益于临床。文章针对当前存在的问题,尝试总结一些有效的教学建议,为培养高层次医学生助力。
Clinical undergraduate course is the foundation and practice stage of medical enlightenment,as well as an important episode to cultivate innovative and applied talents with comprehensive qualities.To improve the teaching quality is the requirement of the new medical era.As the main force,clinical teachers should optimize the teaching techniques and enhance students'interest in hematology.Focusing on two aspects of theoretical teaching and internship rotation,from the perspective of students,we emphasize on stimulating learning initiative and self-discipline,developing students'interest and confidence in hematology,attaching importance to pre-admission training and doctor-patient communication skills,to make sure that students can truly invest in clinical practice and benefit from clinical practice.Aiming at the current problems,this review summarizes some effective and feasible teaching suggestions to assist fostering high-level medical students.
