摘要
水产品加工学课程存在师资力量薄弱,学生基础薄弱,课程内容滞后、实践教学体系不完善等问题。教师应根据学生的特点和课程重难点,构建相应的课程体系,制定相应的教学内容,合理运用各种教学方法,完善校内外实践教学,确立客观公正的考核方式等措施。
Many problems,which include insufficient and unqualified teachership,students' weak knowledge foundation,backward course contents,imperfect practice teaching system,etc,exist in aquatic product processing course. This paper discusses the countermeasures that teachers should build corresponding curriculum system according to student feature and corresponding contents arrangements,reasonably apply teaching methods,improve practice teaching,set up objective and fair assessment mechanism.
