摘要
目的探讨社区失能老人家庭照护能力的构成要素,为居家失能老人的家庭照护能力评估提供依据。方法采用半结构访谈法,于2018年7月—2019年5月,对北京市社区5名居家失能老人、12名家庭照护者、6名社区为老服务人员进行访谈,采用内容分析法分析和提取构成要素。结果失能老人的家庭照护能力由家庭照护的经济能力、家庭的照护人力、家庭的照护凝聚力以及家庭照护者的照护能力4项要素构成。结论在对失能老人家庭照护过程中,家庭的经济和照护人力是保障,家庭的照护凝聚力是动力,家庭照护者的照护能力是保障照护质量的核心。充分了解家庭照护能力,精准匹配社区居家服务,是提高失能老人家庭整体照护质量的重要途径。
Objective To explore the components of home care ability of disabled elderly in communities so as to provide a basis for assessment of home care ability among the home disabled elderly.Methods From July 2018 to May 2019,the semi-structured interview was used to 5 home disabled elderly people,12 home caregivers and 6 service members for the elderly in community of Beijing.Content analysis was used to analyze and extract the components.Results The home care ability of the disabled elderly consisted of four components including the economic capacity,human resource,cohesion of home care and care ability of home caregivers.Conclusions During home care for the disabled elderly,home economic and human resource are guarantees,cohesion of home care is the motive force and care ability of home caregivers is the core of care quality guarantee.It is the important way of improving home care quality of the disabled elderly to fully understand the home care ability and accurately match home care in community.
