摘要
芪参益气滴丸广泛应用于临床冠心病的治疗并取得了很好的疗效,尤其是其对心肌的保护作用,受到了临床工作者的重视。由于中成药组方的复杂性,其保护心肌的药理学机制尚未得到阐释。借助中药整合药理学平台,对芪参益气方中药成分对心肌保护的分子机制进行研究。结果显示,通过TCMIP相关数据库,收集黄芪、丹参、三七、降香化学成分个数分别为29、96、95、34个,共预测出他们的作用潜在靶标依次是230个、224个、358个、138个。芪参益气方药物靶标与疾病靶标基因功能分析和通路富集中,对心肌保护的干预作用可能与线粒体、线粒体电子传递、ATP生物合成和内分泌代谢、能量代谢、脂质代谢、抗细胞凋亡、抑制炎症损伤等多个代谢通路有关。
Qishen Yiqi Dropping Pill is widely used in clinical treatment of coronary heart disease.The drug has achieved good clinical efficacy, especially the protective effect of myocardium, and the clinical workers have always attached importance to it.The pharmacological mechanism of protecting myocardium has not been elucidated.With the help of the platform of integrated pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine(TCMIP, www.tcmip.cn), this project studied the molecular mechanism of the Chinese medicine composition Qishen Yiqi Formula for myocardial protection.Based on the TCMIP, chemical compositionnumbers of Huangqi(astragalus membranaceus),Danshen(salvia miltiorrhiza), Sanqi(notoginseng), Jiangxiang(dalbergiae)were 29, 96, 95, 34, respectively, predicting the role of potential targets was followed by 230, 224, 358, 138.Qishen Yiqi Formula drug targets and disease target gene function analysis and channels enrichement may be associated with the cytoplasmic matrix for the intervention effect of myocardial protection, mitochondria, mitochondrial membrane and mitochondrial electron transporting, ATP biosynthesis and endocrine metabolism, energy metabolism, lipid metabolism, fatty acid degradationand other associated metabolic pathways.
