摘要
通过问卷调查的形式,对平凉职业技术学院学前教育专业普高生和三校生专业认知情况进行显著性检验分析。结果表明:两种生源在专业选择、专业满意度等5个方面存在显著差异;个人爱好是选择本专业最主要的因素;学生学习信心不足;三校生在专业满意度、学习自信心等方面优于普高生。建议在常规教学中,加强优势互补,增强学生自信心,适当提升教育实习频率,强化职业规划教育,帮助学生树立正确的职业发展观。
Through the form of questionnaire survey, the professional cognition status of the high school graduates and the secondary vocational graduates of pre-school education major in Pingliang Vocational and Technical College is tested and analyzed. The results show that there are significant differences in five aspects, such as major choice, major satisfaction etc. Personal hobby is still the most important factor in choosing major. Students are not confident in learning. The secondary vocational graduates are better than high school graduates in many aspects such as professional satisfaction and learning self-confidence etc. It is suggested to strengthen the complementary advantages, enhance self-confidence, appropriately increase the frequency of educational internships, strengthen vocational planning education, and establish a correct outlook on career development in the regular teaching.
