摘要
对广东省3所职业院校900名学生英语学习状况的调查和对部分师生访谈研究结果表明,中高职学生英语学习基础较差,兴趣较低,动机不强,信心不足,自主学习的意识和能力较差,中职学生尤甚;学习英语的主要困难是没找到合适的方法,对英语课程教学效果评价较差。中高职英语课程教学衔接不畅有职业院校学生对英语这门基础课程的学习兴趣不浓,学习观念不正,学习动机不强,学习信心不足,自主学习的意识和能力较差等诸多方面的原因。基于研究结果,建议采用"以培养学习兴趣、自信心和自主性为中心,以学习方法培训和自主学习监控策略训练为重点,以提高学习能力和有效衔接为目标"的中高职英语课程教学优化发展路径。
By questionnaire and face-to-face discussion, it was investigated the English learning situation of 900 EFL students in three higher or secondary vocational colleges(school) of Guangdong. The result show that, there were poor base, low interest, lack of confidence and motivation, and low awareness and ability of self-regulation for English learning, special serious degree for students in secondary vocational school. The main difficulty is lack of suitable learning method. Their study effect evaluation of English course is poor. The main reasons, such as students' learning interest is not strong, beliefs of language learning is not positive, learning motivation is not strong, the lack of confidence in learning, and autonomous learning awareness and ability is poor, etc., have briefly analyzed for poor cohesion in the basic course of English teaching between secondary and higher vocational stages. Based on the results of the survey, It is suggested that English course teaching optimization development path should be taken in secondary and higher vocational stages as follows: to take training of students' interest, confidence and autonomy as the center, training of learning methods and monitoring strategies for self-regulated learning as the key, and improving learning ability and effective course cohesion as the goal.
