山东省某医学院校医学生对过度医疗的认知及其影响因素 被引量:1

Cognition on Over-treatment of Medical Students in a Medical College in Shandong Province and Its Influencing Factors

摘要 目的:了解医学生对过度医疗的认知及其影响因素,为缓解过度医疗问题提供参考。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法,选取山东省某医学院校609名医学生进行调查。结果:医学生对过度医疗的知晓率较高,获知过度医疗知识的途径依次为人文课程、互联网、实习单位培训、实习代教老师、电视\电台、家庭成员。危害认知(3.26±0.96)、行为意向(3.39±0.87)得分较低。年级对过度医疗知晓率、危害认知得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);医学人文教育重视程度、课内外获得医学知识主动性、参加社会实践活动意愿对过度医疗知晓率、危害认知与行为意向得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:建议多方推进高等医学教育教学改革,优化临床实践人文教育工作,利用书院制探索医学人才培养新模式。 Objective:To understand medical students’cognition of over-treatment and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for alleviating the problem of over-treatment.Methods:609 medical students from a medical college in Shandong province were investigated by stratified random sampling method.Results:Medical students had a high awareness of over-treatment.The ways to learn over-treatment were humanities courses,Internet,internship unit training,internship substitute teachers,TV\radio and family members.There were low scores of hazard cognition(3.26±0.96)and behavioral intention(3.39±0.87).Grade had a significant effect on the awareness rate of over-treatment and score of hazard cognition(P<0.05).Degree of attention to medical humanities education,initiative to acquire medical knowledge inside and outside classroom,and willingness to participate in social practice had significant effects on the awareness rate,hazard cognition and behavioral intention of over-treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is suggested that medical education should be promoted from various aspects,medical humanities education should be optimized in the clinical practice,and training mode of medical talents in academy system should be explored.
