摘要
[目的]描述和分析医疗纠纷对医护人员防御性医疗行为的影响,为有效管理和控制防御性医疗行为提供参考依据。[方法]以潍坊市三家医院460名医护人员为调查对象,利用Pearson Chi-Square及Kruskal-Wallis H等统计方法进行分析。[结果]医疗纠纷对医师与护士防御性医疗行为的影响有统计意义(P<0.05);医疗纠纷经历情况对积极与消极防御性医疗行为影响的得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同科室间的积极防御性医疗行为差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),工作年限对消极防御性医疗行为影响差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]医疗纠纷对医师防御性医疗行为的影响程度较大;积极防御性医疗行为在各科室中普遍存在;在医疗高风险科室工作的医师,职称越低、年龄越小,其消极防御性医疗行为越显著。
Objective To describe and analyze the influence of medical dispute to medical staffs' defensive medical behavior so as to provide reference base for effective managing and controlling defensive medical behavior. Methods Took 460 medical staffs who were from three hospitals in Weifang. Statistical methods were Pearson Chi-Square and Kruskal-Wallis H were used. Results There was statistical significance of the influence on medical dispute to medical staffs' defensive medical behavior(p〈0.05). There was significance difference in influence score of that medical dispute went through positive and negative defensive medical behavior(p〈0.05). The difference of positive defensive medical behavior in different departments was not significant(p〈0.05). The effect of different working years on defensive medical behavior was not significant(p〉0.05). Conclusions Incidence of medical dispute on medical staffs' defensive medical behavior was more serious. Positive defensive medical behavior was ubiquity in each section. The negative defensive medical behavior was significant as well as low technical title and young age of the physicians in high risk departments.
