摘要
随着互联网的迅猛发展,网络已经逐渐成为民众表达意见的重要平台。在医疗卫生领域,关于医患问题的热点事件经过网络和社会公众的发酵和扩散,使网络舆情对医患关系产生深远影响。本研究采用文献分析法,通过对国内外关于网络舆情对医患关系影响的文献进行梳理,探讨国内外网络舆情对医患关系及就医行为带来的影响。其中,国外网络舆情信息主要以病人病情高度相关的积极性医疗信息为主,而国内网络舆情信息则是以医患冲突等负面信息为主。本研究归纳总结了网络舆情对医患关系发展带来的积极与消极影响,通过实施相关策略和措施意见,以期为全面提高医疗服务质量和促进医疗领域的和谐发展提供参考。
With the rapid development of the Internet,the network has gradually become the platform for the public to express their opinions.In the medical field,hot events on the doctor-patient relationship have been fermented and spread via the network and the public,thus online public opinions have a profound impact on the doctor-patient relationship.This study aims to learn about the status,discuss the influence of online public opinions at home and abroad on doctor-patient relationship and analyze the literatures related to public opinions on doctor-patient relationship at home and abroad through literature study.Among them,foreign online public opinion information mainly focuses on the positive medical information highly related to patients’conditions,while domestic negative information and doctor-patient conflicts are widely spread in online media and news reports.This study summarizes the positive and negative effects of public opinion on the development of doctor-patient relationship,and through the development of relevant strategies and plans to provide references for comprehensively improving the quality of medical services and promoting the harmonious development of the medical field.
