摘要目的探讨利用质性研究方法开展卫生健康标准实施效果评估过程中的要点和注意事项。方法系统梳理2010年1月—2021年12月质性研究的相关文献,并结合卫生健康标准的特点和自身开展专家访谈的经验,归纳总结卫生健康标准实施效果评估质性研究的实施要点。结果访谈应从标准的科学性、可行性、相洽性和效益性4个方面进行评价,访谈对象宜采用分层方便抽样法。正式访谈中宜综合采用深度访谈和焦点小组访谈法,并遵循信息饱和原则,提问方式应充分尊重访谈对象的感受。访谈资料可采用Colaizzi七步法归纳提炼访谈资料的主题,依据扎根理论编码分析其背后原因,提取规律性认识,形成卫生健康标准实施效果评估的结论和共识。结论掌握适宜的访谈实施要点有助于卫生健康标准实施效果评估质性研究的开展取得更好的效果。 Objective To explore the key points and precautions in the process of evaluating the implementation effect of health standards by qualitative research methods.Methods The relevant literature of qualitative research from January 2010 to 2021In December was systematically reviewed,and the implementation key points of qualitative research on evaluation of implementation effect of health standards were summarized based on the characteristics of health standards and our ownexperience of expert interview.Results The interview should be evaluated from four aspects,including scientificity,feasibility,consistency and efficiency of the health standard,and stratified convenient sampling should be adopted for the interviewees.In formal interview,in-depth interview and focus group interview should be adopted comprehensively,and the principle of information saturation should be followed.The way of asking questions should fully respect the feelings of interviewees.The interview data can be summarized and extracted by Colaizzi’s seven-step method.The reasons behind the interview data can be analyzed based on grounded theory coding,and the regularity can be extracted to form conclusions and consensus on the evaluation of the implementation effect of health standards.Conclusion Mastering the appropriate key points of interview implementation will help to evaluate the implementation effect of health standards and achieve better results.
