摘要
互联网对民众的生活、生产产生了巨大影响。各大网络平台的迅猛发展,让时有发生的医疗事件有了更高的关注度,甚至常处于风口浪尖的位置。医疗网络舆情形成、传播和蔓延,与事件性质、媒体报道、大众关注等诸多因素有关。如果医院没有恰当对策,将有损医院形象,干扰正常医疗秩序,恶化医患关系,甚至会使医院陷入舆论危机。本文通过分析近年来发生的一些经典医疗网络舆情事件及相关文献,分析医疗网络舆情特点,提出医院应该重视医疗网络舆情,监测预警、舆论引导,积极化解舆论危机,同时加强对医务人员的培训,促进医院和谐发展。
The internet has a great influence on our lives. Because of the rapid development of network platforms, the medical events get much attention. The formation, transmission and extent of medical internet public sentiment were related with many factors, such as the nature of the events, the media＇s reports, the public attention, etc. If the hospital does not have the appropriate counter measures, it will be a great damage of the image of the hospital, the normal medical order and the doctor -patient relationship. Hospital may even slide into the crisis of public opinion. Based on summary of some recent medical incidents, the author analyzed the characteristics of internet public sentiment, and proposed some countermeasures, which included strengthening monitoring and early warning, actively dealing with the crisis, reinforcing the training and education of medical staff, so as to promote the harmonious development of hospital.
