摘要
量子管理学说将物理学中的量子概念引入管理学领域,突破了传统管理学理论的高度结构性的特点。量子管理基于量子力学的基本原理,量子思维的理念由其衍生出来,具有注重关联,强调系统性、肯定变动,强调不确定性、正视辩证,强调兼容并包、提倡互动,强调主客参与、肯定发展,强调潜力激发的特点。量子领导力是量子思维和量子管理在领导方式上的应用,是领导者通过愿景引领、信任授权、尊重包容、服务支持、协作共赢、探索质疑、灵活应变、反思自省等领导特征发挥领导作用,从而对下属施加的一种影响力。量子领导力既来源于领导者自我,也来源于领导者与下属之间的互动关系,同时集合了愿景型领导、授权型领导、包容型领导、服务型领导的诸多特征。
Quantum management theory introduces the quantum concept in physics into the field of management, thus breaking through the highly structural characteristics of the traditional management theory. Based on the basic principle of quantum mechanics, quantum management derives the concept of quantum thinking, which focuses on relevance and emphasizes systematicness;affirms change and emphasizes uncertainty;faces dialectics squarely and emphasizes inclusiveness;advocates interaction and emphasizes the participation of subjects and objects;affirms development and emphasizes the characteristics of potential stimulation. Quantum leadership is the application of quantum thinking and quantum management to leadership methods. It is a kind of influence that leaders exert on their subordinates by playing the leading role through leadership characteristics such as vision leading, trust and authorization, respect and tolerance, service support, win-win cooperation, exploration and query, flexible response, reflection and self-examination. Quantum leadership is not only from the leaders themselves, but also from the interaction between leaders and subordinates. At the same time, it integrates many characteristics of visionary leadership, empowering leadership, inclusive leadership and servant leadership.
