摘要
基于《2013年高等教育CIO角色与效力研究报告》,结合IMT与TL,解析美国高校CIO群体的社会特征、职业道路以及在职状况,发现美国高校信息化治理领导力呈现出老龄化、男性化、专业化和制度化的特征。研究美国高校信息化治理领导力的结构,期望能对我国高校信息化建设有所启示。
Based on “2013 Higher Education Chief Information Officers of the Roles and Effectiveness” and combined with IMT and TL, this article studies the social characteristics, career paths and current situation about CIOs. Population aging, androphany, professionalization and institutionalization are their characteristics. It is expected to cultivate and upgrade our information governance leadership by learning from them.
