摘要
中美大学在信息化治理体制上有很大差异,文章从战略规划、治理主体、领导力、体制结构与运行机理等方面对比了两国大学信息化治理体制的相关要素,分析了制约我国大学信息化体制发展的原因,建议改变科层集权的信息化治理体制,构建各利益相关者共同治理的信息化治理结构.
There are great differences between Chinese and American universities in the information governance system.The relevant elements of the two countries'university information governance system are compared from the aspects of strategic planning,governance subject,leadership,system structure and operation mechanism.The reasons that restrict the development of China's university information system are analyzed,and the suggestions of changing the information governance system of centralization of departments and building various stakeholders the information governance structure of joint governance are put forward.
