摘要
为实现规划铁路按照"充分利用既有设施、布局优化、分工合理、车流顺畅、预留发展"的原则引入既有铁路枢纽,结合城市规划,通过对长治铁路枢纽现状及存在问题进行分析,研究长邯聊城际引入在建长治东站及经长治北站引入既有长治站两个方案,经综合比选,推荐采用引入在建长治东站方案。在此基础上,综合考虑长治枢纽内其他规划项目,研究分析适应于相关项目引入枢纽的方案。客运系统近期将长邯聊城际接入长治东站在建太焦城际车场,远期将长邯聊城际、长临城际及长林城际引入太焦城际长治东站东侧横列布置新设车场;太焦铁路进行扩能改造。货运系统新建长治北二级物流基地。解编系统维持长治北站、长子南站区段站格局不变。枢纽最终形成衔接太原、郑州、邯郸、日照、瓦塘、临汾、林州7个方向的双"十"字形枢纽格局。
In order to realize the planning of railways, the principle of "making full use of existing facilities, optimizing the layout, rational division of labor, smooth traffic flow and reserved development" is introduced into existing railway hubs;and combined with urban planning, the current situation and existing problems of Changzhi railway hubs are analyzed. Firstly, the two programs of introducing Chang-Han-Liao intercity into the under-construction Changzhi East Station and into the existing Changzhi East Station via Changzhi North Railway Station are studied. After comprehensive comparison, the introduction into the Changzhi East Railway Station is recommended. On this basis, considering other planning projects within the Changzhi hub, research and analysis are conducted to determine the program for relevant projects adaptable to the hub plan. The passenger transportation system will soon connect Chang-Han-Liao intercity into the under-construction Jiaozuo Intercity Yard of Changzhi Intercity East Railway Station. In the long term, Chang-Han-Liao intercity, Changzhi to Linfen Intercity and Changzhi to Linzhou Intercity will be introduced into the East side of the Taiyuan to Jiaozuo Intercity of Changzhi East Railway Station. New parking lot will be arranged. The Taiyuan to Jiaozuo Railway is undergoing expansion and transformation. The freight system will build a new Changzhi North two-level logistics base. The decomposing system maintains the station pattern of Changzhi North Station and Zhangzi South Station. The hub eventually forms a double "+" shaped hub pattern, connecting Taiyuan, Zhengzhou, Handan, Rizhao, Watang, Linfen and Linzhou.
