摘要
习近平适应时代发展的要求,把马克思主义党性理论与中国优秀传统文化及新时代党建实践相结合,形成了关于新时代党性教育的思想,系统回答了新时代党性教育的地位作用、目标要求、核心内容、途径方法等基本问题,提出了党性教育是共产党人的“心学”,党章是党性教育的根本遵循,党内政治生活是党性教育的重要平台,把理想信念教育放在首位,有效改进党性教育方式方法等一系列新思想、新观点,实现了党性教育理论的重大突破和创新,具有重大的理论意义和实践意义。
In response to the demands of the times,Xi Jinping integrates the Marxist theory of Party consciousness and fine traditional Chinese culture with the practice of Party building in the new era,forms the thought on Party consciousness education for a new era,systematically answers such basic questions as the status and effects,aims and demands,core contents,and approaches and methods of Party consciousness education for a new era,raises a series of new thoughts and new ideas such as Party consciousness education being the“Learning of the Heart-and-Mind”for the communists,Party constitution being the fundamental rules for Party consciousness education,intraparty political life being an important platform for Party consciousness education,putting the education of ideals and convictions first,and effectively improving the ways and means for Party consciousness education,realizes great breakthroughs and innovations in the theory of Party consciousness education.It is of great theoretical and practical significance.
