摘要
老旧化学实验楼通风改造与新实验楼通风安装有较大的差别。通风改造工作首先要掌握楼房的建筑特点,查明各功能实验室的废气性质与通风要求,同时还要综合考虑原有通风设备与新系统的对接等一系列复杂的问题。本论文根据中国海洋大学化学实验楼通风系统改造的具体实践,对改造方案的总体规划、招标、施工、竣工验收等不同阶段所遇到的问题进行了详细的梳理。总结了化学实验室通风系统改造工作中的经验教训,以期为将来的工作提供借鉴和参考。
There is a big difference between the ventilation renovation of the old chemical laboratory building and the ventilation installation of the new one.Ventilation renovation work should first master the architectural characteristics of the building,find out the exhaust gas properties and ventilation requirements of each functional laboratory,and consider a series of complex problems such as the connection between the original ventilation equipment and the new system.In this paper,based on the practice of the ventilation reconstruction ofchemical laboratory buildingin the Ocean University of China,the problems encountered in different stages such as the overall planning,bidding,construction,completion and acceptance of the reconstruction scheme in detail.Summarizing the experience and lessons in the ventilation system reconstruction of the chemical laboratory,so as to provide reference for future work.
