摘要
目前国内大多数高校理化实验室废气为直接排放,缺乏有效治理措施。实验室废气污染物种类众多,直接排放既污染了大气环境,也对师生健康造成了负面影响。根据最新的环保法规要求,有毒有害的实验室废气需经有效收集和治理达标后方可外排。通过南京某高校药学实验室的废气治理工程实例,推广介绍一种实验室废气的治理工艺设计、工程设计、设备集成优化设计,对高校实验室废气治理具有一定的参考意义。
At present, the exhaust gas is directly discharged from physical and chemical laboratories of most universities in China, lacking of control measures. There are many kinds of exhaust pollutants in the laboratory, and direct emissions of pollutants have polluted the atmosphere and negatively affected the health of teachers and students. According to the latest environmental regulations, toxic and harmful laboratory exhaust needs to be eft)ctively collected and treated before being discharged. Taking a university in Nanjing pharmaceutical laboratory of exhaust gas treatment project as an example, the laboratory waste gas treatment process design, engineering design and equipment integrated optimization design were introduced. It had certain reference significance for the waste gas treatment of university laboratory.
