摘要
绿色发展理念已经成为全社会的共识,随着“双碳”目标的提出,亟待开发可再生的清洁能源,钙钛矿太阳能电池作为第三代太阳能电池的代表,其前驱体制备需要通风环境,电池器件制备需要恒温恒湿环境以及真空蒸镀的无水无氧环境。在相对固定的实验室空间内,通过围护结构、通排风系统和补风系统、洁净系统以及空调系统的设计与建设实现以上功能,并有效解决了大通风量和洁净室共存的问题,同时对手套箱“再生”废气进行了有效的净化处理。
The concept of green development has become a consensus throughout society.With the proposal of the“dual-carbon”target,it is urgent to develop renewable,chean energy sources.As the representative of the third-generation solar cells,perovskite solar cells require a ventilated environment for the preparation of their precursor materials,a constant temperature and humidity environment for the preparation of the battery devices,and a vacuum environment for their anhydrous and anaerobic deposition.Within a relatively fixed laboratory space,the design and construction of enclosure structures,air exhaust systems,air supply systems,clean systems,and air conditioning systems have been used to achieve the above functions,effectively solving the problem of high air volume and clean room coexistence.Meanwhile,effective purification treatment has been carried out on the“regenerated”exhaust gas from the glove box.
