基于CFD模拟的化学实验室局部孔板送风气流组织模拟研究 被引量:1

Analysis of Air Distribution of a Chemical Laboratory with Local Orifice Air Supply Based on CFD Simulation

摘要 以某化学实验室为研究对象,利用CFD数值模拟对局部孔板送风加通风柜的通风形式进行模拟研究,分析了化学实验室的压力场、速度场、温度场及空气龄,模拟结果表明局部孔板送风加通风柜的通风形式能较好地组织气流,控制污染物扩散,有效排除污染物。结合数值模拟结果,进一步对化学实验室的通风系统提出了优化建议。 As for chemical laboratory with possible noxious gas release,reasonable design of ventilation system is significant to control and eliminate toxic gas as well as to guarantee occupants’health in the laboratory.This article aimed to analysis the performance of ventilation system with CFD simulation.The ventilation system consists of the local orifice air supply and fume hoods.Through CFD simulation,the thermal filed,airflow field,pressure field and air age of the ventilation systems were investigated.The results indicate that under such ventilation system,the air distribution can be well controlled to remove the potential noxious gas.At the same time,the optimization advice is delivered for the ventilation system based on the simulation results.
