摘要
通过对比有机硅无溶剂浸渍树脂、有机硅少胶粉云母带等关键材料与同类进口产品的性能差异和模拟绝缘系统的老化性能试验,从应用角度探讨了配套绝缘系统的应用工艺和绝缘可靠性。结果表明:1173C有机硅无溶剂浸渍树脂等关键材料与同类进口产品性能相当,且基于1173C有机硅树脂的绝缘系统温度指数达到232℃,与同类进口有机硅绝缘系统相当,完全满足永磁牵引电机220级绝缘系统的技术要求,适合应用于轨道交通永磁牵引电机领域。
The performance of silicone solventless impregnating resin, silicone dry mica tape and other key materials and the similar imported products were compared, and ageing tests were conducted on the simulated insulation system. Then the application process and insulation reliability of the matching insulation system were discussed. The results show that the properties of the domestic 1173C silicone solventless impregnating resin and other key materials is close to that of the similar imported products. The temperature index of insulation system based on 1173C silicone resin reaches 232 ℃, which is equivalent to the imported silicone insulation system. It is indicated that the insulation system can fully meet the technical requirements of 220 grade permanent magnet traction motor insulation system, and is suitable for the field of permanent magnet traction motor in rail transit.
