摘要
目的孤独症儿童应用综合康复训练联合小儿智力糖浆治疗对语言障碍的影响分析。方法选取2018年7月—2019年7月该院诊治98例孤独症儿童临床资料,按随机数表分两组,对照组予综合康复训练,研究组予综合康复训练联合小儿智力糖浆,分析两组语言障碍的改善、临床症状评分与预后的生活质量情况。结果研究组主动语言缺乏53.06%、语言障碍69.39%、词语混用67.35%等语言障碍的改善均比对照组多(χ^2=7.198、11.796、7.338、7.198、12.119、9.245,P<0.05);研究组行为(19.28±2.28)分、语言(6.76±1.12)分、感知觉(6.91±1.66)分及社交(14.37±2.25)分,均比对照组低(t=13.544、8.389、8.009、9.052,P<0.05);且研究组生理职能(86.26±5.53)分、精力(87.19±6.26)分、躯体疼痛(88.21±5.36)分与一般健康(87.62±5.91)分,高于对照组(t=7.383、9.413、7.136、7.943 P<0.05)。结论孤独症儿童应用综合康复训练联合小儿智力糖浆治疗,能有效改善语言障碍,缓解患者临床症状评分,并提高其预后生活质量,具有一定应用价值。
Objective To analyze the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with pediatric intelligence syrup therapy on language disorders in children with autism.Methods The clinical data of 98 autistic children diagnosed and treated in the hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group received comprehensive rehabilitation training,and the research group received comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with children's intelligence syrup.The improvement of language disorder,clinical symptom score and quality of life in the group.Results The improvement of language barriers such as 53.06%active language deficiency,69.39%language barrier,and 67.35%mixed use of words in the study group were more than those in the control group(χ^2=7.198,11.796,7.338,7.198,12.119,9.245,P<0.05);the study group of behavior(19.28±2.28)points,language(6.76±1.12),perception(6.91±1.66),and social(14.37±2.25)points were lower than those of the control group(t=13.544,8.389,8.009,9.052,P<0.05);and the physiological function(86.26±5.53)points,energy(87.19±6.26)points,physical pain(88.21±5.36)points,and general health(87.62±5.91)points of the study group were higher than those of the control group(t=7.383,9.413,7.136,7.9431,P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation training combined with pediatric intelligence syrup treatment for autistic children can effectively improve language barriers,relieve clinical symptoms scores of patients,and improve their prognostic quality of life,which has certain application value.
